By accessing or using minovacontracting.com or any Minova Contracting LLC services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Minova Contracting LLC provides government contracting consulting services and software (MinovaOS) to businesses. All consulting engagements are subject to a separate Statement of Work and Consulting Agreement. Software services are subject to the MinovaOS Terms of Use.
Government contracting involves competitive processes outside our control. We make no guarantee of contract awards, revenue outcomes, or specific business results. Our services are advisory and operational in nature — final decisions remain with the client.
Information shared during strategy calls, consulting engagements, or through MinovaOS is treated as confidential. We do not sell, share, or disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or as explicitly agreed in a consulting agreement.
We collect limited personal information — name, email, and company — for the purpose of providing our services and communicating with you. We do not sell personal data. Email addresses collected through lead magnets and forms are used only to deliver requested content and relevant Minova Contracting communications. You may unsubscribe at any time.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, brand marks, and software, is the property of Minova Contracting LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Minova Contracting LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any matter related to these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 90 days preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
